Our Puppy Intro Groom is a gentle first grooming experience designed for puppies under 6 months. This shorter, low-pressure visit introduces your puppy to the sights, sounds, handling, and tools used during grooming so they can build confidence, trust, and positive associations from the very beginning.

Nail Trim & Grind
Our Nail Trim & Grind service carefully shortens your dog’s nails and smooths rough or sharp edges for a neat, comfortable finish. Each nail is trimmed only to a safe length based on where the sensitive quick is located.

Gentle grinding to smooth sharp edges
Shortening to the safest length possible
Individual check of every paw and nail
Consistency makes a difference. When nails are maintained with frequent trims and grinding, the quick can gradually recede, allowing the nails to be kept shorter over time. If too much time passes between appointments, the quick may grow farther out with the nail and limit how much can safely be removed in one visit. For overgrown nails, a regular 2–4 week schedule may be recommended until a healthier length is reached.
Add-On Services
Deshedding
Our Deshedding Add-On is designed for double-coated and heavy-shedding dogs. Coat-specific products, controlled high-velocity drying, and extended brushing help loosen and remove excess undercoat while supporting a healthier, more comfortable coat.

Extended blowout to release loose undercoat
Thorough brushing and undercoat removal
Extra coat-care time based on shedding severity
Add $15–$30+ depending on coat condition, shedding severity, and the additional time required. Best results are achieved with regular appointments.
Flea Treatment
Our Flea Treatment Add-On provides an immediate cleansing treatment when fleas are present. A flea-specific shampoo is carefully worked through the coat and thoroughly rinsed to help remove live fleas while leaving your dog clean and comfortable.

Flea-specific shampoo treatment
Thorough lather and rinse
Careful coat inspection and comb-through
Additional bathing time as needed
Starting at $10+. This treatment addresses fleas present during the appointment but does not provide ongoing flea prevention or treat the home environment. Continued prevention through your veterinarian and treatment of all pets and the home may be necessary.

Additional charges may apply when a dog’s coat condition, size, behavior, or individual needs require extra grooming time or special handling.
When possible, we will communicate any significant additional charges before completing the extra work.
Maintaining Your Pup’s Grooming Schedule
Consistency keeps coats comfortable.
Regular grooming helps keep your dog’s coat healthy, comfortable, and manageable.
Dogs maintained on a consistent 4–6 week schedule are generally easier to groom and are less likely to experience matting, excessive shedding, or extended grooming times.
Waiting longer between appointments may result in additional grooming time and additional charges.
